Cambridge Futures is a student-run careers and personal development society of Cambridge University.
We aim to offer information and guidance to any Cambridge University student interested in exploring post-education careers options

*Welcome to Easter Term 2008!*

1) Cambridge Futures Garden Party

Date and Time : 3-5pm, 19th June 2008, Thursday May Week
Venue : Chapman's Garden, Emmanuel College
Price : £6 for members, £7 for non-members

Applications for our Garden Party tickets are now open! Spaces are strictly
limited, so book early to avoid disappointment! The price includes

- Jazz band playing throughout
- Wandering magician
- half hour comedy show by Improvised Comedy Ents
- strawberries and cream and other tasty treats
- lots of wine and refreshing drinks!

All for only : £6 for members, £7 for non-members (joining us is
free!)

It is fantastic value! Do get your friends to come along.

To book, please send an email to Winsome Cheung ( wksc2@cam.ac.uk ) stating
your name, CRSid (1st bit of your @cam email address), College, no. of
tickets required. You will then receive a confirmation with payment
instructions, and we will UMS a ticket to you directly. Ticket will be
confirmed only after receipt of cheques.

2.  CAMBRIDGE FUTURES MICHAELMAS TERM 2008 COMMITTEE ELECTION

We are looking for a new committee for next term! The positions available
are :

Vice President (Internal - inter-society relations)
Secretary
Treasurer
Head of Operations
Operation Managers (2-3)
Social Secretary
Marketing Director


If you are interested in joining a dynamic and fun committee, and also gaining fantastic experience and contacts along the way, this will be the post for you. We are one of the largest societies in Cambridge and have great reputation amongst the companies we work with. Joining us will certainly be a rewarding experience! If you are interested, please send an email to Winsome Cheung (wksc2@cam.ac.uk) stating the position you want, a few sentences about yourself, any relevant experience, and what you would like to bring to the society.
